Hispanic Alliance for Clinical and Translational Research.

The goal of the Community Engagement and Outreach Core (CoE) is to catalyze and support meaningful CAPs to improve population health in PR. CoE will achieve this goal by expanding its scope to include diverse researchers and community settings to identify key health conditions needing attention, and supporting those relationships with mentoring, education, and dissemination.

Healthy and Positive Engagement Education (HAPEE) Project

The goal is to implement Positive Prevention Plus (PP+) curriculum as a sexual risk avoidance education evidence-based program, predominantly among students 14-16 years from 9th and 10th grades to teach adolescents how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity.

National Hispanic and Latino Mental Health Technology Transfer Center School-Based Supplement.

The goal of this project is to build and expand the capacity of school-based-services to improve the implementation of mental health services to deploy appropriate safety response and needed services for Latino youth students. Sexual Risk Avoidance Education Program The goal of the project is to promote the adoption and implementation with high fidelity of the evidence-based program (EBP) Relationship Smarts Plus 4.0 among adolescents in twelve municipalities of PR.
