Mastering Anatomical Techniques (MAT) project is an intensive clinical and research immersion experience to second- and third- year medical students providing them with an integrated apprenticeship and an opportunity to mentor first-year students during their Human Gross and Developmental Anatomy (HGDA) course. The responsibilities include preparing for dissection, instructing students during dissection on weekends, and additional tutoring to emphasize anatomical concepts. This will provide students with a variety of learning opportunities and a set of skills that we believe are necessary in order to pursue a career in the surgical field. Currently, we are accepting applications for the next academic year (2020-2021)For more information, please visit the Anatomy Department at Universidad Central del Caribe and request the documents to the administrative assistant, Mrs. Yolanda Acevedo.
