The Human Resources Office of the Universidad Central del Caribe is responsible for the development and maintenance of a program that allow for the recruiting, selection, training, and retention of personnel most highly qualified to serve and help develop our institution.

Concerning the performance of duties, this Office is responsible for the interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations within the most sincere administrative practices and making use of the best judgment possible. Similarly, its purpose is to guarantee safe and healthy work conditions, equal opportunity employment, and no discrimination among its employees as well as a respectful working environment, healthy interpersonal relationships, and a balance between the employees’ rights and the needs of the institution to allow for the development of both entities. We provide legal counseling, technical assistance, and coordination to all institutional areas or units regarding personnel issues.
